Daniel Arranz Descalzo

Partner

Daniel joined Baño León as a partner in June 2025 after nearly 20 years of professional practice. He has worked in the Public Law and Regulated Sectors departments at Ramón y Cajal Abogados, Pérez-Llorca, and at the law office of Professor Dr. Santiago Muñoz Machado, gaining extensive experience in all areas of public and regulatory law, as well as in representing clients in all types of proceedings before civil and administrative courts.

From 2012 to 2016, he held the position of Advisory Member in the Department of Legal-Institutional Affairs within the Office of the Prime Minister, where he was responsible, among other duties, for providing legal advice on industry, energy, and key constitutional law matters.

From 2020 until joining Baño León, he was a partner at AG Aguilar, where he also focused on private law, providing ongoing legal counsel to various business groups and family-owned companies in matters of civil law, corporate law, and family wealth restructuring.

Lawyer. Member of the Madrid Bar Association.

Member of the Spanish Energy Law Association.
